Vanguard Concierge Longevity & Biological Optimization
Vanguard is scaling its physician-directed health optimization concierge programs for women. We are seeking a Membership Consultant to lead high-empathy, high-trust consultative discovery calls with high-intent prospective members seeking hormone optimization, biological longevity, and preventive health solutions.
Clinical Boundary Note
You will not diagnose, interpret lab results, or clinically assess applicants. Vanguard's board of clinical experts and medical teams oversee 100% of diagnostics, health assessments, and protocols. Your mandate is strictly consultative: evaluating client fit, uncovering goals, and enrolling qualified members.
What You Will Do
- Lead 1-on-1 consultative discovery sessions with pre-qualified female applicants.
- Uncover client health objectives, evaluate commitment levels, and explain program scope.
- Guide qualified candidates into multi-month concierge memberships.
- Maintain pipeline integrity and facilitate seamless handoffs to the clinical onboarding team.
What We Require
- 3+ Years Experience: High-ticket consultative sales, luxury advisory, or premium health/wellness services.
- Core Skills: Exceptional active listening, high EQ, rapid trust-building, and strong frame control.
- Domain Alignment: Genuine personal interest in preventive health, longevity, and women's wellness.
Full brand, product, and domain training is provided during onboarding — scientific expertise is not required, but high emotional acuity is.
