Vanguard is expanding its elite male performance and longevity concierge programs. We are seeking a Senior Membership Advisor to lead consultative discovery with high-performing men seeking biological age reduction, peak physical capability, and sustained energy.
Clinical Boundary Note
You will not diagnose, interpret lab results, or clinically assess applicants. Vanguard's board of clinical experts and human performance team oversee 100% of medical protocols and client care. Your mandate is strictly consultative alignment and enrollment.
What You Will Do
- Conduct high-touch discovery consultations with pre-qualified executive clients.
- Determine strategic alignment with Vanguard's high-ticket membership tiers ($10k+ program values).
- Guide high-net-worth applicants through enrollment using high-trust consultative methods.
- Maintain pipeline health and maximize conversion rates across 100% inbound calls.
What We Require
- 3+ Years Experience: Proven track record closing 5-figure ($10k+) deals in high-ticket sales.
- Core Skills: Commanding executive presence, strong frame control, and high emotional intelligence.
- Domain Alignment: Active interest in human performance, bio-optimization, and longevity science.
